SERVICES:
1.) Full Diagnostic:- I scan your entire computer's hardware and software. I'll let you know whether your computer is infected with viruses or if there are parts in your computer that may need to be replaced.
2.) Virus Removal:
- I completely delete and remove viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, and all the other infections your computer can get.
3.) Data Backup:
- I will make back ups of whatever information you need.
4.) Speed Up:
- If your computer is virus-free but it's running slow, I can speed it up for you. Don't fall for those dumb Finally Fast .com commercials.
5.) Virus Protection:
- I will set you up with virus protection, and give you a tutorial on how you can save money and prevent from getting infected again.6.) Memory Upgrade*:
- If you want to physically make your computer faster with new memory chips, then I will install them for you. (*Parts purchased separately)
7.) Hard Drive Upgrade*:
- If you want to add more space to your computer, then I will install a new Hard Drive for you. (*Parts purchased separately)
8.) Reinstall Windows:
- If you want a fresh clean start and start over with your version of windows, or even if you want to upgrade to a new windows (Upgrade purchased separately or must already have Windows disc), then I will wipe your computer clean and reinstall the operating system.
9.) Diag/Virus Removal/Protection:
- I diagnose everything wrong with your computer, remove all traces of viruses, speed up your computer, and set you up with protection. This is the best package to save you alot of money.
10.) Miscellaneous Service:
- If your mouse doesn't work, or if you're having some random technical issue, I'll do my best to help you out. Price is determined on a case by case basis.

Q: Why should I trust that Black Guy with Dreads Who Fixes Computers?
A: First of all, for your protection, we both sign a service agreement which basically gives me permission to work on your computer. You can keep that for your records. Next, I do offer the option to have even more security by paying with Paypal. Finally, I want you to be ..RETURNING.. customer. It just wouldn't make sense to rip off people, when I could justdo a good job and have you come back in the future.
Q: What can I expect when I let you work on my computer?
A:You can expect the same, if not better, quality service that you would get at any professional IT service repair. I've worked at Geek Squad and know their methods, so there's not much that they can offer you that I cannot.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes my work is guaranteed for 30 days. However, if there is a separate issue that occurs which is not related to the original service performed then a separate charge will be issued for any subsequent repairs and services requested.
Q: What if I go to Geek Squad instead and spend more money, won't I get better service?
A: LOL no you'll just be waisting more money on the very same service.
Q: How and when do I pay ?
A: I only take payment after all work is complete. You get to see that everything is in working condition before payment. After that, I accept either cash or Paypal. You can click on the Donate Button on the top right hand side of this page.
